Provided MEP Engineering for the new municipal
offices, city hall, council chambers, conference rooms, police
station, and city maintenance facilities. This project for
the exclusive incorporated city is located in the center of
San Antonio.

County ESD #10 Fire Station
Austin, Texas
Client:
Travis County ESD # 10 - Austin
Provided MEP engineering on this new central
fire station. The facility contained five truck bays, sleeping
quarters, training room and office areas, dayroom, kitchen,
and work areas. The station is fully sprinkled and has an
emergency generator.

Westlake
Fire Station No. 2
Westlake, Texas
Client:
ESD #9 and Allan Nutt Architects, Inc.- Austin
This project included adding two truck bays,
a new kitchen, dayroom, sleeping quarters and a large training
room to existing facility. Entire building is fire sprinkled.
An emergency generator was provided with significant re-circuiting
of existing equipment. All construction work was required
to be completed while the station remained in operation.

Woodlands
Fire Station No. 5
The Woodlands, Texas
Client:
Tackett-Lodholz Architects, Inc. - Houston
This project is
a new fire station for The Woodlands containing 3 truck bays
and all supporting facilities. The facility is fully fire
sprinkled and utilizes an emergency generator. Additionally,
a vehicle exhaust extraction system was utilized to remove
exhaust gases from the truck bays during vehicle operation.
The system incorporated quick-release devices to allow vehicles
to drive out with system connected.
