Stevedoring Services of America, Inc., and Americana Shipping Lines, Inc.

Phase One for this new international terminal project will require the design of two 69kv, 12 MVA substations to provide power at 15kv to serve the facilioties via approximately 8 miles of underground conduit systems. Phase One will also utilize a 14,450 Hp electrical dredge for channel deepening. The wharf area will be served by four all electric post-panamax cranes supported by eight electrical rail-mounted gantry cranes.
